Services

Support across therapy, family work and reflective practice.

Services are collaborative, compassionate and tailored to each person's needs, goals and pace.

01

Individual Therapy

A space to reflect, understand and grow.

I work with children, adolescents and adults across a broad range of emotional, behavioural and psychological concerns. Together, we may explore patterns, process difficult experiences, develop practical coping strategies, strengthen relationships and build greater self-understanding and confidence.

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Trauma and difficult life experiences
  • Emotional regulation and stress
  • Disordered eating
  • Neurodiversity, identity and self-understanding
  • Obsessive-compulsive difficulties
  • Self-esteem and interpersonal challenges
  • Grief, adjustment and life transitions
02

Child-Focused Parent Work

Supporting the adults who support the child.

Sometimes the most meaningful support for a child begins with supporting the adults around them. Sessions may focus on strengthening connection, improving emotional regulation, responding to behavioural challenges, supporting anxiety or neurodivergence, and developing practical strategies to support wellbeing at home and school.

  • Emotional and behavioural difficulties
  • Anxiety, emotional regulation and resilience
  • Parenting neurodivergent children
  • School avoidance and emotional distress
  • Attachment and connection-based parenting
  • Behaviour support and relational difficulties
03

Dyadic Work

Strengthening connection through shared understanding.

Dyadic therapy focuses on strengthening the relationship between a child and caregiver, recognising that healing and growth often occurs through safe and supported connection. Sessions may focus on emotional regulation, co-regulation, attachment, relational repair and building stronger patterns of connection.

The goal is not simply behaviour change, but deeper understanding, increased emotional safety and a stronger relationship between caregiver and child.

04

Clinical Supervision

Reflective, supportive and clinically grounded supervision.

As a Board Approved Supervisor, Rachel offers clinical supervision for psychologists seeking a reflective space to develop confidence, deepen formulation skills and navigate the complexities of therapeutic work.

Supervision is available for registered psychologists, provisional psychologists where appropriate, and clinicians seeking ongoing reflective practice. Sessions are $200 per hour.

Telehealth Virtual Care

Secure therapy from your home or office.

Virtual care is available through a secure video conferencing platform. Telehealth can reduce travel, support continuity and allow coping strategies to be explored in the environment where they will be used.
